KRAAM
Kraam is a Thai word for indigo or organic dye. It is also a word synonymous with ‘craft’ or ‘wisdom passed down through generations’.
Kraam was inspired by the founders childhood memories and travels throughout the various regions of Thailand, combined with a yearning desire to host friends and families.
The menu incorporates dishes from various regions of Thailand with seasonal and higher quality ingredients. Expect appetizers like Koi Tuna, a Thai style yellowfin tuna tartare on lettuce cups garnished with crispy shallots and toasted rice. Aromatic soups such as the Tom Kha Artichoke, a creamy coconut base soup with banana blossoms and aromatic herbs. Additionally, iconic dishes like Khao Soi but with chicken confit, braised beef cheeks. The menu rotates seasonally upon ingredient availability.
